2007 Mainship Pilot 430 Project – Seminole Marina, Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Boat: 2007 Mainship Pilot 430
Location: Seminole Marina, Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Project Duration: Two weeks
Job Completed: November 2025
Triton Liners recently completed a two week fuel tank rebuild on a 2007 Mainship Pilot 430 at Seminole Marina in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The project involved rebuilding one(1) 350-gallon center fuel tank after corrosion caused the tank to fail. In addition to the tank work, the supply fittings and valves were replaced to restore proper fuel system function and reliability.
This job also required some thoughtful problem solving beyond the tank itself. Our team removed the batteries to gain access to the tank, then designed a new bracket for proper reinstallation once the work was complete. This is an important part of the process. Fuel tank repairs often involve surrounding components, and getting the boat back together correctly matters just as much as the rebuild itself. This project is a strong example of the detailed, practical approach Triton Liners brings to every job.
